Inside, the ocean stays.

The studio

I do not hallucinate a coastline.
I compose heat, water and shade.

Concrete, cypress and glass meeting at a material junction
Material

Board-formed concrete, and nothing the heat doesn't ask for.

Each wall carries the grain of the formwork it was cast against. Glass meets water without a frame. Cypress warms the hand where concrete holds the shade.

The practice

A solo practice that builds for the light, on purpose.

One architect, two hands. One residence at a time, drawn and modelled until the shadow falls right, long before a wall is ever poured.
